Sit Laundry Basket

Product Description:

Sit was made for ‘’My 30th Birthday’’ the SE exhibition at Designmuseum Denmark in 2011. The idea was to create a transportable pouf with storage opportunities for either home or outside use. The transparency and form of spider webs was the inspiration for the design.

Sit is a multifunctional basket that combines storage with a seating element. Sit is ideal for picnics, music festivals, laundromat or anywhere where light, compact seating is desired as the basket handle doubles as a backrest. Simultaneously it serves as a storage unit at home that can hold everything from toys to clothes.

Materials:

Banana leaves with a black handle or black polyester cord with a blue or gray handle and metal frame.
