Product Decription:
Hekla started as an idea while studying in Italy. The concept was to design a knife that could stand vertically on a table. The shape was inspired by playing with oval forms and represented life's endless circulation. It was first called Ponte in 1995, before being redesigned as the cutlery series, Brú, in 2000 for a silver competition in Denmark. Thereafter, it was again redesigned in 2005 for Christofle.
